Eyes When We Need Them.

Along with companionship, pets can also help aid people with special needs. Guide dogs, also known as Seeing Eye dogs, have been used by many people around the world. Training of Seeing Eye dogs in the United States began in the early 1900’s. The purpose for these special pets is to helps lead visually impaired people through everyday obstacles.
